no. never suggest the death penalty for sexual assault, rape, kidnapping, or child molestation. as soon as that's the penalty, then there's no barrier for the perpetrator not to murder the victim.

I didn't mention the perpetrator. I said everyone involved in her arrest and incarceration should get the gallows.

My comment referenced the post-attack enablers rather than the perpetrator.

So why are you pleading a faulty argument of mercy for the perpetrators of sexual assault?

@octade the entire described situation was that the arresting party had sexually assaulted her, and, thus, was a perpetrator.
