There are no safe spaces

In my lifetime a thing has developed at which I look with eyebrow raised. They are called “safe spaces.”
What are safe spaces? Wikipedia defines them as places “intended to be free of bias, conflict, criticism, or potentially threatening actions, ideas, or conversations”, according to Merriam-Webster.”
We live in the world. The world is full of competing religions, differing political views, stalked by demons, and ministered to by holy angels, and overall, is full of sinners. Is it even possible to have a safe place like the one just described? Probably not.
Wikipedia continues: “The term originated in LGBTQ culture…“
Ah! so ‘safe space’ simply means where perverted people with corrupted desires can dwell unchallenged in their sin.
The entry continues by mentioning that ‘the concept has expanded where any perceived marginalized minority can dwell amongst like-minded individuals.’
‘Perceived marginalized minority’. Isn’t everyone in that club now? Everyone is a victim, everyone is bullied, everyone has a grudge?
Not ‘exposed to criticism…’ Sin must be called out, which the sinner perceives as criticism. Of course, it IS criticism. No one wants to hear you’re doing wrong things, you’re going to be judged by Jesus, your life is ruinous…
When did we get so sensitive to criticism? The Gospel needs to go everywhere (Matthew 28:19). Nowhere is excluded from the Gospel, which the unsaved do not want and thus categorize as criticism, harassment, and discrimination.
Secondly, in the past before safe spaces were invented, people learned to be in the world where feelings were not as hurt so instantly. We were tougher then. The world is softer now, operating on feelings in a narrow range of views, any new views or challenges to one’s held views are seen as an attack.
There is no hiding, even in a ‘safe space’.
But if you do not do so, behold, you have sinned against the Lord, and be sure that your sin will find you out. (Numbers 32:23).
There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, and nothing hidden that will not be made known. (Luke 12:2).
For God will bring every deed into judgment, along with every hidden thing, whether good or evil. (Ecclesiastes 12:14).
Ultimately, those LGBTQ folks do not know how UNSAFE hell is. THAT is a space where where perverted people with corrupted desires can dwell unchallenged in their sin and persist in it- forever.
Or how unsafe it is to be outside of the fear of God.
Christianity isn’t even a safe space. It’s the most unsafe space there is, because “If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you.) (John 15:19).
Someday, perhaps today, the safe space dweller will hear the Gospel and thank the person who took the risk to bring them the GOOD NEWS of Jesus Christ. Then they will look forward to the safest space of all: HEAVEN. Where we all are like-minded, holy and pure. Where not a hint or shadow of sin will emerge to disturb us. Where the Protector of the universe spreads His arms and loves us all to the complete infinity of love.
A momentary forgotten name cannot diminish authentic Christian fellowship, as believers are called to "be kindly affectionate to one another with love" (Romans 12:10 NKJV).

You have to know when to stop evangelizing

Matthew 28:19-20 famously says,
“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.“
This is known as The Great Commission, where Jesus, upon the occasion of His departure from earth, told His disciples to evangelize, baptize, and raise up more disciples.
Mark 16:15 says, And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
So, we do. We share the Gospel (using words). It is our duty and our privilege.
So it seems like it would be a dereliction of duty to quit giving the Gospel to someone who rejects it. But it isn’t. If a person has been shared with and given the blessed Gospel of God, not only once but a few times, and they reject, it is OK to stop. In fact, sometimes they entrench further into their depravity and sin each time we bring it up. Rather that push the issue, stop and let the Holy Spirit do His work. If that person has been chosen and elect, they will at some point come to see as the scales fall from their eyes.
As Paul is a great model for sharing the Gospel he is also a great model of when to stop sharing the Gospel:
Acts 18:6, But when they resisted and blasphemed, he shook out his garments and said to them, “Your blood is on your own heads! I am clean. From now on I will go to the Gentiles.“
If they were blaspheming, their minds were definitely not ready and that meant their heart was not accepting either. Let them go and move on to more fruitful fields. Also, if they were blaspheming, they were heaping sin upon themselves. We don’t want that for them. Just let them go and let the seed germinate if it is going to.
Here is another example-
Acts 19:9, But when some were becoming hardened and disobedient, speaking evil of the Way before the people, he [Paul] withdrew from them and took the disciples away with him, and had discussions daily in the school of Tyrannus.
They were becoming hardened. Sometimes when we share the Gospel with a loved one, we can spiritually see them hardening. We feel them moving away from Jesus, not toward.
Sometimes it is OK to stop giving the Gospel if they ask you to stop. If you have shared and are satisfied with your clarity in that share, and the next time or two you’ve raised the issue and they say ‘stop’ then respect that and just love them.
This verse is kind of a brutal description, but remember, it’s advice from the All Omniscient One-
“Do not give what is holy to dogs, and do not throw your pearls before pigs, or they will trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.” (Matthew 7:6).
And we remember Matthew 10:14, where Jesus instructed them,
And whoever does not receive you nor listen to your words, as you leave that house or city, shake the dust off your feet.
So, is the person you’re sharing with stomping on the Gospel, rejecting it in a blaspheming way, or just weary of the ‘Jesus-talk’? It is OK to stop. It is actually loving to keep on loving them but refrain from continuing the Gospel share so that they do not blaspheme or harden. But pray for them.
The sudden defeat of Goliath's brother proves that even the most intimidating obstacles can be swiftly neutralized, as history records that Elhanan "[ended] Lahmi the brother of Goliath" (1 Chronicles 20:5 NKJV).

Philippi and Fort Worth: The Same Battle Across the Centuries

The scene: Acts 16:19-40. Paul and Silas are preaching in Philippi. A demon possessed slave girl was following them and making pronouncements positive to them, but the source of course was all wrong. So Paul cast out the demon from the girl. The slave girl’s owner became angry that his source of income was gone, so he accused them of advocating for unfamiliar customs and causing chaos and uproar. The result was the duo were arrested, beaten without a conviction, and put into jail- and in stocks no less.
The July 11 entry in the John MacArthur Daily Bible explains the situation from a historical perspective:
It was true that Roman citizens were not to engage in any foreign religion that had not been sanctioned by the state. But it was a false charge that they were creating chaos. Every Roman colony had two magistrates serving as judges. In this case, they did not uphold Roman justice: They did not investigate the charges, conduct a proper hearing, or give Paul and Silas the chance to defend themselves. Instead, the magistrates had them beaten with rods. This was an illegal punishment since they had not been convicted of any crime. The officers (v. 35) under the command of the magistrates administered the beating with rods tied together in a bundle. Paul received the same punishment on two other occasions (2Co 11:25).
False charges, abuse of authority, injustice done because it was done in anger.
As Paul and Silas sang in prison, an earthquake came and the prison walls fell and the chains of all the prisoners were opened. Obviously, a violent earthquake can’t loosen chain locks while the people attached to them remain unhurt and untouched. It’s a divine intervention.

Later, when Paul told them they were “Romans” (v. 37), it was a real problem. To inflict corporal punishment on a Roman citizen was a serious crime and made more so since they did not receive a trial. As a result, the magistrates faced the possibility of being removed from office and having Philippi’s privileges as a Roman colony revoked. John MacArthur Daily Bible, July 11
OOPS!
It was interesting that I read this section of Acts on the day I was observing another scenario occurring in today’s day. Two police officers in Fort Worth TX harassed a Christian street preacher at a Pride Festival this past June. They warned the Christian street preacher he could be ticketed for his speech if it offended others. This is a blatant violation of the First Amendment. It is also an abuse of authority as a law enforcer. One of the preachers actually was ticketed, for being too loud with a bullhorn. The officer was also noted to have done the same in a prior encounter in June 2025 at a similar Pride event where she stopped Christians from attending the event, while again warning for citations about offensive speech.
The news organization LibsofTikTok brought the issue forward and put pressure on the Ft. Worth Police Department to handle this appropriately. In response the Police Department official social media account on Twitter…banned LibsofTikTok. This also is a violation of the First Amendment of free speech. A government entity cannot ban citizens from access to their facilities or social media accounts, even if they are critics, due to the First Amendment protection of free speech.
Fort Worth, TX noise ordinances do restrict amplifiers and bullhorns. Those items are banned entirely with just a couple of exceptions: Noise ordinance from Ft. Worth, “Amplifiers in Public ROW and on City Property. The use of a bullhorn, loudspeaker, or other amplification is prohibited in the public right-of-way and on City of Fort Worth property.”
The only exceptions are the police using one in an emergency, or a citizen who had obtained an event permit.
So like Paul and Silas technically being in the wrong by promoting a religion not authorized by Rome, they were unjustly accused of causing chaos. Similarly, the street preachers were technically in the wrong if they used a bullhorn on a right of way or on City property without a permit, (and I believe they did not possess a permit), but the officer was wrong to warn them of citations for their speech.
In reading about the Paul-Silas situation from the Bible, and reading the ongoing news about the struggle for free (Christian) speech in Fort Worth, I’m struck by not only the similarity but the lengths to which people who oppose the Lord will go.
I mean, yes, we know this in our heads because we read our Bibles. We are told this will happen-
“If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A slave is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will persecute you as well; if they followed My word, they will follow yours also. We know it in our head, but then our hearts become heavy when we see it played out again and again. Certainly Christians in the 10/40 window of the globe’s unreached areas know the hard persecution that can come, often persecution to the death. Here in the US other kinds of troubles pop up similar to the Paul-Silas issue of false accusations, abuse of power, and arrests.
These things happen because they hate the Light. “For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light, so that his deeds will not be exposed,” says John 3:20.
I am grateful for street preachers who promote the Gospel in public and call sinners to repentance. We are familiar with abuses of authority in the Bible. The Pharisees/Sadducees/Scribes killed Jesus unjustly. Nero and other Roman Emperors did the same to the brethren. We should not be surprised when softer persecutions occur even in a free country like ours. Sinners everywhere hate the light and will do what they can to squelch it.
As a side note, many cities do ban amplification devices on their public ways. In my opinion, cities with ordinances banning certain kinds of amplification offer a legitimate way they can arrest someone with whose speech they do not agree. Street preachers could start learning how to amplify their own voices like Whitfield or Spurgeon, whose voices carried over the heads of thousands of listeners assembled, in order to remove any means of squelching the voice of street preachers any abusive powers may try to exploit.
What a relief to know the Light of Jesus will remain forever, until the whole world is filled with His glory!

The trinity is the golden calf at Sinai. When the Israelites came out of Egypt (the new covenant) they brought the trinity of Egypt with them in their hearts and minds.
You can take the Israelite out of Egypt, but you also need to take Egypt out of the Israelite! The trinity is the imaginary god of Egypt. The Christian religion is Egypt.
In order to enter the kingdom of God you must repent of worshiping the trinity. God the Father is not a trinity. Only the Father is God. The Christian doctrine of the trinity is the idol the prophets warned us about.
The Unitarian faith is the faith of the Apostles and the only true God. The Trinitarian faith is a false faith in a false, Greek, metaphyical construct.
The Bible is NOT a book of metaphysics. It uses spiritual examples and parables to describe concrete things. The Greco-Roman 'church fathers' poisoned the well by applying pagan metaphysics to the Bible, creating the cargo cult known as the Nicene Creed and the Athanasian Creed.
God the Father is a spirit. He is not a man. He did not incarnate as a man. He raised up and sent a man to be our sacrifice for sin. Everything the trinitarians teach twists the Bible into a lie.
The Christian religion is Egypt, Babylon, Assyria, Rome, Grecia, etc. The Christian religion is the culmination of the statue in Nebuchadnezzar's dream.
Come out of the religion and find the real Jesus and be free!
The promise of the new covenant is that when the new order came, those who follow God the Father will have no need of any teacher or bishop or hierarchy to tell them to know God. God said we would have no need of a man to be our teachers or spiritual fathers. God promised that all of us will know him directly and not need anyone other than Jesus to lead the way.
The Christian religion impersonates Jesus and stands in the way, usurping his throne, as prophesied.
