You have been instructed in the correct procedure regarding operating your station, so this is just a reminder to maintain radio silence on each network until the pre-agreed signals have been passed through the network.
Distress networks, however, are continuously available. If you fail to read a beacon signal from these for any significant length of time, report this through the designated secondary channel.
