Can someone please help me with a windows issue for my friend?
My friend was trying to patch his speech through and found that it was looping and as he was having a hard time to fix it he had to restart his computer, and when he did so he found that he couldn't hide and show windows with Windows+shift+H and Windows+Shift+L respectfully. If someone could help that would be cool, as nothing on the web is helping with it .

🚨 Antino backdoor hides its commands in Outlook and OneDrive
Cisco Talos says the Antino Windows backdoor uses Microsoft Graph, Outlook mailboxes, and OneDrive for command-and-control, blending into trusted Microsoft 365 traffic.
The campaign also used a spoofed phishing email that reached its target despite failing DMARC, because the impersonated domain had a p=none policy.

#HermesAgent users, what's your favorite app for talking to your agent on #Windows or #iOS, particularly if you're #blind, though I'm curious what others use as well. I just migrated my agent from running in WSL to running directly on Windows, so I'm now using Hermes Desktop. I'm not sure I like it in terms of #accessibility. It needs more headings, some buttons labeled, things like that, and its sound notifications are so quiet I don't hear them. I've tried a couple other apps, and my favorite so far is probably https://github.com/nesquena/hermes-webui. On iOS, I like Hermes Conduit (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/hermes-conduit/id6790977764), though I admit that I haven't played with too many others. The only thing I don't like is that getting the Hermes dashboard up and running with basic auth, which Conduit requires, can be tricky.

I have a new laptop that came with #Windows 11 Pro.
I prefer to use an operating system rather than a surveillance system and am going to wipe it in favor of #Linux.
I would like to retain the possibility of loading Win 11 back on here should I ever need to.
I don't have a physical product key and its my understanding that the license is now tied to my #Microsoft account.
Is there anything I should do before wiping it?

For anyone using a third party Mastodon app I highly recommend you check out their privacy policy. While Mastodon nor most instances data mine, I’ve leaned many apps (even many developed by one person) do collect alarming amounts of data.
Mastodon itself has no use for this data , which means they are collecting to use for their own means.

* There is no #OpenSource exemption!
