MS NOW: Moldy showers and no soap: Military families are outraged by conditions on USS Lincoln

"...Moldy showers. Food shortages. Sailors running out of toothpaste, deodorant and soap.

Families of the sailors and Marines aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln are sounding the alarm that their loved ones are so exhausted they fear it could lead to deadly mistakes, as the carrier enters its ninth month at sea and its fifth consecutive month of combat operations against Iran...."

The crew of the Lincoln has had only two days off the aircraft carrier since it left its home port in San Diego in November. The ship had a short port call in Guam in December and then did not have another stop until July 7, when it briefly pulled into Oman after 208 continuous days at sea — a modern-day record for a Navy aircraft carrier.

@pft For individuals maybe it's ok to do things for free? (if you could see the individual was a goody)

So even doctors (seen in your pic) should / could do things for free* / not put need money* and that could be the nature of all work?

*= if you can also assume that:
1- all and are bad powers of people mixed in to all our good lives as we use / transact / let them use the money behind our back for bad things incl

The reason for that is partly:

1- - Banks etc giving need for us to pay never-ending holes of finance & %'s to exist instead of growing psychological / healthy things using banks.

(#Banks & use our hard-earned money to only pay it's owners / pay for !)

Having time for healthier things always had it's part to play to try increasing:

US presidents have made their public speeches about Iran for many years.

President , just like , focused on Iran's nuclear program, as if it was a valid reason to give or withhold peace from them, depending on Iran's choice.

The United States has nuclear weapons and has used them. Which nations can be trusted to possess these devastating weapons?

Trump was not the first president to wage war without approval from Congress.

Barack Obama broke this rule before him, in his 2011war against Libya.

Trump ordered the attacks that killed the leaders of Iran.

The war machine has been going on and on for generations. Why? Because the love of man has grown cold. He kills and justifies himself for doing it.

My advice for any man drafted into World War III, is to do as John the Baptist said.

                                  Luke 3:14 KJV
And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do?

                                  And he said unto them,

"Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages."

                                  ----

You can be a soldier, and yet refuse to hurt your fellow man. The government may capture you, but they cannot force you to kill. Instead, we could all do our part to bring peace.

I know of one gifted crackpot who used to be employed gainfully in the fields of humor and satire, who has taken a solemn pledge not to write anything funny or lighthearted or “insignificant” again till things get straightened around in the world. A quotation from Eisenhower

Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children.
The cost of one modern heavy bomber is this: a modern brick school in more than 30 cities. It is two electric power plants, each serving a town of 60,000 population. It is two fine, fully equipped hospitals. It is some 50 miles of concrete highway. We pay for a single fighter with a half million bushels of wheat. We pay for a single destroyer with new homes that could have housed more than 8,000 people.
This, I repeat, is the best way of life to be found on the road the world has been taking. This is not a way of life at all, in any true sense. Under the cloud of threatening war, it is humanity hanging from a cross of iron.

Once you understand the actual likelihood of risks and the forms they are likely to take, the next step is to evaluate potential responses.

And the first thing you need to understand is that in the vast majority of scenarios, sheltering in place is going to be the superior option, not "bugging out".

Only in the event of widespread , area , or will you actually need to leave the area.
