Personally I would never have considered the company name zipchat as soon as I realised zip.chat was already taken
Guy boasts about spending $40k on a domain they "won't even use" because apparently most people just go straight to zipchat.com - so why are you using a .ai domain then?? 
Also, if you are "investing massively into brand awareness" maybe you could try tagging the correct account...
