I remember well my self-finding periods as a teenager by writing "horrible" #diaries. No stuff to be read by others but what helped me to become me.
Very late in life, I relearn how much it can help to write little #diary notes against the feeling of being overwhelmed. Each crooked selfmade sentence helps hundreds of times more than chatting with a slop bot.
