"Since 2016, the Autonomous Metropolitan University (UAM) has paid 28,408,722 pesos [1.5 million USD] for the Services Tower at its Cuajimalpa campus [where students are currently on strike]. All of that money went toward projects, studies, expert consultants, and administrative procedures. Not a single peso has been used to construct the building.

"Of the 28.4 million, 26.3 million went to a single company: Grupo Frase, S.A. de C.V., the firm that prepared the detailed design in 2016 and later charged for updating and adapting it."

Students at all five campuses of the Autonomous Metropolitan University (UAM) in Mexico City - Cuajimalpa, Xochimilco, Iztapalapa, Lerma, and Azcapotzalco - remain on "total strike" as of today.

Students are demanding crazy things like water and soap in bathrooms, supplies in libraries and laboratories, food in cafeterias, and decent pay for faculty and staff.

Instead, the UAM administration has been busy buying new Teslas for themselves and paying cronies for unbuilt buildings.

All strikes were agreed upon in student assemblies and are in solidarity with one another while also addressing the particular demands of each campus.

Herein are described principles and a scheme of random number generation styled as, pangrandomonium, or ‘pangrand’. Pangrand is a anagrammatic random number generator that uses rhizome functions as chaotic indexing and shuffling instructions to reorder and sum perfect pangrams. Brief descriptions are given for the principles of pangram summing and rhizome indexing functions, Source code of the random number generator is included herewith. I wish people would stop giving credit to "prominent cybersecurity/cryptography experts" just because they released some "cypherpunk" book or software of unproven impact 30 years ago and have since then retreated into golden tenure, writing technically empty but catchy preprints with provocative titles. These "Ludd grandpas" (you know at least a couple of names of who I'm referring to) are, unfortunately, still worshipped by a large number of semireligious followers, who contribute to the spread of their moldy ignorance.

Thinking deeper, maybe mine is a typical case of rejection for the image in the mirror: I hope I will never become like that in the future.

The world does not stop at your rants. Keep moving and stay open-minded, or become obsolete.
