Finally finished pulling all the CAT6 (non-conduited) permanent links (29 in total) in our 350sqft guest house and have just about finished a 1,000ft box of cable. This is going to be one well connected building!

#SocialFTP = Direct access to each person's hard drive space for socially sharing, so it's direct like FTP (etc)

All the plumbing and electrical work we’ve done ourselves in our new guest house has been inspected and signed off by local licensed professionals (plumbing was all good, for electrical I had to move one staple).

CAT6 wires are done too - 24 in the 400sqft building, in addition to smurf tube and conduit for future expansion and fiber links to other buildings.

Now it’s time to start on drywall….
