            A quotation from John Adams

We are to look upon it as more beneficial, that many guilty persons should escape unpunished, than one innocent person should suffer. The reason is, because it’s of more importance to community, that innocence should be protected, than it is, that guilt should be punished; for guilt and crimes are so frequent in the world, that all of them cannot be punished; and many times they happen in such a manner, that it is not of much consequence to the public, whether they are punished or not.
But when innocence itself, is brought to the bar and condemned, especially to die, the subject will exclaim, it is immaterial to me, whether I behave well or ill; for virtue itself, is no security. And if such a sentiment as this, should take place in the mind of the subject, there would be an end to all security what so ever.

John Adams (1735–1826) American lawyer, Founding Father, statesman, US President (1797–1801)
Speech (1770-12-03/04), Argument for the Defense, Boston Massacre Trial

first off, from the looks of it, all this does is block trackers using a 50-100 dollar router.

second, why would i pay $1000 - $10000 for a device like this? i've, on my own hardware, for about 90dollars, deployed a DNS server on this miniPC in underr 10 minutes. i don't see where the value is.

and lastly, do not market the fact it's X CIA certified as a markup strategy.
this is the worst marketing for a cybersecurity product, if i've ever heard of one. CC: @kkarhan

New, exclusive, by me: LG to Ban Residential Proxy Providers from Smart TV Apps

The home appliance giant LG Electronics USA said this week it plans to suspend any apps built for its smart TVs that turn one’s television into an always-on residential proxy node. The move comes less than a month after researchers found that more than 42 percent of games and other apps available for download on LG’s webOS store allow unknown third-parties to route their Internet traffic through a user’s TV.
