Will it charge the AAA Eneloop battery?
These electronics are salvaged from two garden lights which were supposed to be waterproof and were not. I've merged two into one and replaced the 200 mAh cell with a 1.2 Ah one. Connected both solar panels in parallel to double the current.
It did charge the cell and lit the blue LED when I was carrying it to another room, so it does work!

If you – let says – make a Flock camera more privacy friendly I guess you can recover and put it solar panel to good use, but I guess it can't produce a lot due to it size.

But hey, free energy is still free.
