Additionally, if the police have taken over various publishers, it's possible to disseminate a new publication without the police knowing. Then revealing the (much smaller) decryption key via other means, the police can't retroactively censor the publication. It's already spread far and wide.

And that's why you encrypt stuff before uploading it.

1. Encrypt it and save the encryption key.
2. Take the hash of the encrypted content.
3. Anyone can request the encrypted content by that second hash.
4. Once it's been distributed enough, share the decryption key with someone over much more secure (slow) channels. Or leave a paper with the key on it sitting on a park bench or something.
5. Enjoy watching law enforcement scramble to find out the original source of who published that encrypted content.
6. Someone else re-encrypts the content to a different key.
7. Distribute the illegal thought crimes even further without law enforcement knowing.

The condition handling system (nonfatal generalization of exception handling using lisp's local restarts/continuations) is unexplored and seen as opaque.

It's completely free and has tracks for lots of languages. It even lets you solve exercises in your own editor using their CLI, which I love.
I've been using it for Python the past few weeks, and I've learned more about how to actually think through problems than I did with more guided platforms. It focuses on solving real challenges instead of just walking you through syntax.
If you like structured practice and leveling up your thinking, it's worth checking out.

Is it just me, or is the r/Rakulang subreddit significantly less popular than it used to be? Has the community migrated away from Reddit?

If true, you'll get no complaint from me. Reddit is basically Usenet but centralized and with a heavy dose of surveillance capitalism. The more communities that find a home elsewhere, the better.

When I wrote a handler function later, FIND-RESTART on my CONDITION gives me access to a previously lexically available RESTART (continuation) the handler function has never had access to. I think it is a straightforward example. #programming #commonLisp
