soc.octade.net is a Fediverse instance that uses the ActivityPub protocol. In other words, users at this host can communicate with people that use software like Mastodon, Pleroma, Friendica, etc. all around the world.

This server runs the snac software and there is no automatic sign-up process.

    Password manager maker LastPass has admitted that sensitive customer data were stolen during a cybersecurity breach at marketing research firm Klue.

    @zackwhittaker writes: "LastPass is the latest in a growing list of cybersecurity companies that have reported data thefts as a result of the breach at Klue, which the company disclosed last week. Several other affected companies include HackerOne, Recorded Future, and Tanium."
