B) Ditto, how do you liberate Linux from both Linus & 35 years of terrible tech stack decisions/non-decisions?

C) How do you motivate people to work responsibly & thoughtfully on FL/OSS when they'll just graduate & go to Google in 2-4 years? That's why nothing works, there's no institution to have memory.
