    This new robot centaur designed to save lives is pure nightmare fuel.

      But when the work ended, so did about other things I could do.

      Instead we're just developing software (even Mastodon) and a & not much people social itself on top.

        First impressions with Poudriere? Wow, this makes life so much easier. In the context of , whoa...this goes well beyond just automating builds in dedicated jails, Poudriere now becomes the enterprise package management repo system.

            This sounds bad. 😬

            "In the past five weeks, the market has collapsed, shedding almost 40 per cent, and threatening the livelihood of millions of South Koreans...

            More than a million South Koreans are underwater as a result of the crash, and several hundred thousand have lost everything, and then some.

            They borrowed to the hilt to take part in a frenzied splurge on technology stocks, particularly memory chip makers, in a market now experiencing a savage reversal.

            Nothing, not even the stellar earnings of the country's two biggest chip makers, has been able to stem the panic, primarily because the debt that fuelled the stock market boom is now accentuating the crash."

                      Here’s a job that could potentially see AI replace its current human occupants: scammer. Researchers from four universities carried out a broad study on the use and potential of generative AI chatbots in the growing scam industry centered around text-based romance scams that eventually shift to fake crypto investments that steal as much as six-figure sums from victims. In a nutshell, AI chatbots performed remarkably well. While we wish scams would be a thing of the past, it appears they’re here for the long haul. Read more from @ArsTechnica:

                                                @elsua54 Agree. But times change...
                                                And one day you find:

                                                The has been quite dead at any deeper level.

                                                A few but suddenly the real thinking is just dead (left to those who already left) and it just disappears and people fill it with mainstream media news to trigger ourselves with.

                                                The attitude to "get out of the way" may have worked when there was plenty of people but there's no-one & nothing to - mostly -orientated -facing-#linux .

                                                  @elsua54 That "tribe" you keep mentioning doesn't exist or isn't like a peice of wood somewhere I can just go find.

                                                  It's individuals keeping it alive much like a keeps it alive - and frankly samurai's are all but dead as a bred species.

                                                  Like and pushed out by cutting their , concreting, asphalting it all - do not exist much.

                                                  Try not to think of my species as common like 's & core.

                                                  Strong = rare.
