                                    Hirsch auf einer Lichtung ist ein handgemaltes Acrylgemälde im Querformat der Künstlerin Karen Kaspar.                                                       I've been wondering. I'm using leaves quite regularly, usually for some tea. One is supposed to pick the 'holey' leaves for their 'better' properties. Some people even believe the other leaves are poisonous.

                                                              Maybe you mean "harsh conditions" or "not pampering us with luxury or always feeding us on a platter".

                                                              There are places where it's raining & we can eat from the floor! And live there (I've experienced this and the forest which actually isn't that bad).
